Chaya is apparently having trouble keeping up with her garden, and has to hire a gardener.
Ernesto is flirty again. We'll try him again.

Chaya moved Ernesto in, so hopefully it would be easier to snag him.
He was still being stubborn, so Chaya turned to her stress reliever, gardening. She was making good money off these plants!
Ernesto finally started responding to her advances (although I'm not sure what this face was about).

And, 18 days before elder status:
Ernesto's face cracks me up when she tells him the news.
Garden is dying again. (At this point, the house is worth 42k).
So, Ernesto joined Chaya in tending the garden.
Apparently, he liked it so much, that he kept gardening when she was done.
